Request: from quotation, please fill out the necessary information and submit a request. After reviewing your request, we will send you a quotation by email within 48 hours.
Quotation: We will review your request and send you a quotation. Depending on the content of your request, we may not be able to accept it.
Rough illustration: We will create a rough illustration based on your request. Please check the illustration, and if there are no problems, we will create the line drawing. In some cases, we may present multiple rough illustrations.
At the rough illustration stage, we will accept up to one retake free of charge.
Line drawing: We will create a line drawing based on the confirmed rough illustration. Please check the line drawing illustration, and if there are no problems, we will color it.
Coloring: Color the line drawing illustration.
At the coloring stage, we will accept up to one retake free of charge.
Delivery: Please check the completed illustration, and if there are no problems, we will deliver it in the desired data format.
Payment: After delivery, please pay the fee using the designated payment method. There are two payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.

Sales tax will be charged on all costs.

EstStar owns the copyright of the illustration. If you wish to transfer the copyright, please contact us separately. A transfer fee will be charged at the time of transfer.

The requested product can only be used within the scope that the customer presented at the time of the request. For other media, please contact us.

The requested product may be published as a past project.
The publication destination is the website operated by EstStar's SNS, sales materials, etc. If you wish to remain it private, please contact us.
