Q.Please tell me the flow of illustration production
A.Quotation → rough illustration creation → line drawing creation → coloring → delivery.
Q.How long is the delivery time?
A.It varies depending on the content. Please let us know your desired delivery date when ordering. We will tell our schedule accordingly.
The time taken for production is posted on the project sample page as a reference. Please refer to it.
In addition to the time required for the production itself, illustration production takes time for meeting as well. When ordering, please consider that time before the request.
Q.How many times can I retake?
A.We will accept retakes once each at the rough illustration and coloring stages. We will charge a retake fee for more retakes.
Q.Can I receive the delivery data?
A.Yes, we will deliver our illustrations in the form of data transmission. Data formats such as PNG and JPEG are available according to the customer's request.
Q.What is the price of one illustration?
A.There is no set price for one illustration. We will estimate the price by the content of illustration, duration, media used, size, etc. Please feel free to contact us from the quotation form.

Contact and meeting
Q.What is the method of communication/meeting?
A. We primarily use email. If you need an audio meeting such as a web conference, we may use Zoom. If you prefer to have a face-to-dace meeting, it is possible by your expense.

A.We will contact you at each meeting and illustration production stage. Please check the illustrations for each rough illustration, line drawing, and coloring stage.
